Registration form

Before you proceed with filling out the registration form, please carefully review the Terms of participation and Program guidelines on this page to have proper instructions and information.

Terms of participation

  1. All information provided on the registration form must be accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge. Any false or misleading information may lead to disqualification from the program.
  2. Applicants are permitted to register for the Empowerment Program only once. Multiple registrations by the same individual will result in disqualification from consideration.
  3. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and not exceed the age of 50 years at the time of application submission. Proof of age may be required during the selection process.
  4. Participants are expected to actively engage in the program activities, including workshops, training sessions, and events. Failure to attend scheduled sessions without valid reasons may result in termination from the program.
  5. Applicants must reside/have a place to reside in Asaba, Delta State to be eligible for participation in the Empowerment Program. Proof of residency may be requested during the application review process.
  6. While we endeavor to provide resources and support to all participants, there is no guarantee of receiving a starter pack as part of the Empowerment Program. The distribution of resources will be based on availability and program guidelines.

Program guidelines

1. Application Process:

  • All interested individuals must complete and submit the online application form by the specified deadline.
  • The application form requires accurate and truthful information regarding personal details, background, motivation, and commitment to the program.

2. Selection Process:

  • Applications will be reviewed by the program selection committee based on eligibility criteria and alignment with program goals.
  • Selected applicants will be contacted via email or phone to proceed to the next stage of the selection process.

3. Interview:

  • Shortlisted applicants may be invited to participate in an interview conducted by members of the selection committee.

4. Notification of Acceptance:

  • Following the interview process, successful applicants will be notified of their acceptance into the Empowerment Program.

5. Start of Program:

  • Accepted participants will receive detailed information regarding the start date, schedule, and program expectations.
